My name is Sean Dullaghan. I founded Transformations Personal Training in 2004, with a view to putting the personal touch into personal training by allowing clients to train when and where it suits them best.
As a lifelong exercise fan, combined with professional vocational training, I have established myself as a leading personal trainer and highly experienced fitness instructor who understands what it takes to help people improve their health and fitness.
I have trained a thousands of clients including celebrities and sports professionals, as well as many people looking for sustainable weight loss.
I launched this exciting new home weight loss and exercise programme on the understanding that not everyone can make it to a fitness class or gym, possibly due to hectic work schedules or lack of childcare. Therefore ensuring that everyone has the opportunity to transform their lives.
